X-Mas Tournament, Coca Cola

This is the 4:th animated spot Kaktus Film produces for Coca-Cola. Here we continue to follow the little elves in their daliy chores before christmas. This time they're acting in a Coca-Cola commercial that goes all wrong - double meta humor.

The spot aired in all Scandinavian countries, to begin with, as the big christmas campaign 2004. Kaktus also produced prints for the outdoor ads and characters for the connected website. The collaborating agency is Publicis Stockholm. The production was carried out during summer and autumn. The basics for the animation was done with motion capture and then refined by hand. The 3D was made in 3ds Max and Maya and everything was rendered using Brazil and composited in Combustion using tools such as Lenscares 'Frischluft'.
